Salted Peanut Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. salted peanuts (preferably Spanish)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
    Blend together flour, salt and soda; stir in.
    Mix in peanuts.
    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with bottom of greased glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 dozen 2-inch cookies.
