Karen'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    5 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
    butter
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook chicken on High in microwave for 10 minutes.
    Shred chicken.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with thick crust of crushed Ritz crackers.
    Pour melted butter on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
