Tuna Salad Stack Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad dressing (regular or light)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. cooked rice, chilled
    2 c. cooked green peas
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    2 c. chopped cucumbers
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing, sour cream, pickles, onions, milk, and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Combine rice, peas, and parsley.
    In a 3 1/2-quart salad bowl, layer lettuce, rice mixture, tomatoes, tuna and cucumbers.
    Top with dressing.
    Cover; chill.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
