Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 (10 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
salt
pepper
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine partly thawed potatoes, soup, milk and 1/2 of onion rings.
Pour into a greased casserole dish; then salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle other half of onion rings on top before serving.
