Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 cloves
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and add water gradually, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until raisins are plump and mixture thickens. Serve hot. Makes about 3 cups sauce. Excellent on ham or Ham Loaf.
