Easy Yellow Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or soft margarine
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and shortening.
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla. Spoon batter into lined muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
