Strawberry Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped strawberries
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place 2 cups strawberries in a blender.
    Add water, maple syrup and lemon juice.
    Blend until pureed.
    Transfer to bowl and stir remaining 1 cup strawberries.
    Serve over pancakes, French toast and waffles.
