Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 small jar mushrooms
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    In a 5-quart pan, saute onion and celery in portion of butter.
    Add soup, Cheez Whiz, mushrooms and remaining butter.
    Add 3 cups of cooked rice and broccoli (drained).
    Pour into greased casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
