Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
5 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced in 1/4-inch slices
1 c. kolbassi slices in 1/4-inch slices (can use a little more)
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add onion and saute.
Blend in flour and slowly add milk.
Stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add salt, pepper and mustard.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, place 1/2 the potatoes and sausage.
Pour half the sauce over this layer.
Add the other half of potatoes and sausage and pour over the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Put some sausage slices on very top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
