Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

30 Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. Cool Whip

Preparation

Put 15 cookies in food processor or blender.
Place in oblong pan.
Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and nuts.
Spread over layer of cookies.
Then spread Cool Whip over this.
Top with remaining 15 ground up cookies.
Keep refrigerated.
