Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. Pet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Cool and slice long ways in half. Spoon out inside and put in bowl.
    Add onions, margarine, crackers, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mixture should be moist.
    Put mixture in squash shell and bake.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
