Tortilla Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/3 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. finely crushed tortilla chips
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation
    In large bowl, combine meat, 1 cup of the picante sauce, oats, 1/2 cup of the tortilla chips, onion, egg, cumin, garlic powder and salt.
    Mix well; press firmly into 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Carefully pour off drippings.
    Spread remaining 1/3 cup picante sauce over top of loaf; sprinkle cheeses and remaining chips.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes.
