Impossible Reuben Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
Preparation

Layer beef, cheese and sauerkraut in buttered 9-inch pie plate. Place remaining 5 ingredients in blender, process until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 6 servings.
