Out Of This World Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dry raspberry gelatin (may also use strawberry or cherry)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 large diced banana

Preparation

In a saucepan, mix together cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thickens over medium heat.
Then, add gelatin, let cool.
Add chopped pecans and diced banana, pour into 2 (9-inch) baked pie shells.
Chill and garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
