Rum Raisin Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, at room temperature
    1 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. Frosted Flakes (any brand)
    2 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 275\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet.
    Beat egg whites and rum flavoring until foamy.
    Continue to beat, adding sugar gradually until stiff.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
