Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Feta cheese
black olives
1 garlic bulb
Preparation

Rub large salad bowl with garlic for flavoring.
Chop lettuce and combine with tomatoes, onion, green pepper and cucumber.
Mix; add olive oil and vinegar and mix again.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with black olives and chunks of Feta cheese.
