Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. honey or 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 or 6 peeled, sliced apples
3 c. flour
1/2 c. honey*
1/2 c. maple syrup*
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1/3 c. orange juice

Preparation

*Can use 2 cups sugar.
