Apricot Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 (No. 2) cans apricots
    juice of 12 oranges
    juice of 9 lemons
Preparation
    Mix water and sugar and bring to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Puree the apricots, using the syrup also.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in freezer and freeze until firm.
    Makes 1 gallon.
