Ever Ready Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. melted shortening
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    Bake as needed in muffin tins at 400\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
