No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cubed meat (stew or brisket)
    1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    4 medium potatoes, cut in large cubes
    1 1/2 onions, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. liquid from tomatoes, add water to make 1 1/2 c.
    2 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 small carrots, cut in large cubes
    3/4 c. celery, cut up
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not look at it once in the oven.
    Bake in covered pan or casserole.
    Serves 8.
