Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cut into 1-inch pieces and cook until tender.
Melt butter; mix in flour and milk to make a smooth cream.
Pour over potatoes and stir gently until covered.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
