Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. low-fat buttermilk
1 lb. 2 oz. chicken parts, skinned
1 1/2 oz. cornflake crumbs
2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour buttermilk into shallow bowl; add chicken and turn to coat.
On paper plate combine cornflake crumbs and sesame seed.
Dredge chicken in crumbs/seed mixture.
Arrange chicken
on nonstick baking sheet until chicken is brown and crispy, about 40 minutes.
