Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    12 red peppers
    12 medium-size onions
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    4 tsp. celery seed
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and cut up peppers, discarding all insides.
    Grind the peppers and onions together and cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes
    and drain in colander until dry.
