Basic Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
vanilla to taste
4 eggs
homogenized milk

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla and evaporated milk.
Pour in mixer can.
Fill to fill line or 2/3 full with homogenized milk.
