Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mash potatoes; add remaining ingredients.
Beat lightly and cool.
Pour ingredients into buttered dish.
Store in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
