Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Make dough as for biscuit dough.
    Roll thin like pie crust. Dot with butter.
    Cover with sugar.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Roll up as for jelly roll.
    Cut in 2-inch sections. Lay each section touching in casserole dish.
    Cover with milk. Sprinkle again with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until brown and bubbly.
    Serve warm as a dessert.
