Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sauerkraut, well drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. white or brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put sauerkraut in bowl.
    Add celery, carrot and onion.
    In another bowl, mix vinegar, oil, celery seed, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Blend well and pour over sauerkraut.
    Cover container and chill in refrigerator.
