16 oz. can pumpkin
12 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
