Tangy Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 chopped red or green sweet pepper, chopped
    6 green onions (with tops), chopped
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl toss first 5 ingredients.
    In large measuring cup mix together vinegar, sugar and cooking oil.
    Pour over slaw and toss.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving, tossing to mix vinegar dressing with slaw 2 to 3 times before serving.
