Fresh Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    6 or 8 fresh tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    few drops garlic juice
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut
    tomatoes
    in
    small pieces over a bowl, conserving and using
    all
    the liquid.
    Add celery, green pepper, garlic juice and
    cream cheese, broken in pieces.
    Soften gelatin in cold water and add to it sufficient hot water to make 1/4 cup to
    dissolve the gelatin.
    Add to tomato mixture.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Season
    to taste
    with
    salt and pepper; pour into an oiled quart size mold. Serves 8 to 10.
