Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk or less
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes or Nut 'n Honey
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Mix and beat until creamy the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla (optional).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
