Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine cheese, corn, celery, onion and cracker crumbs; stir in the eggs, milk and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
