Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Use Pam and spray in a Bundt pan or you can use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
