Carol'S Chicken Casserole(Creamy Chicken On Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Rinse peas under running cold water to separate.
    Heat peas, chicken soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper to just boiling in saucepan, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat.
    Keep warm while preparing biscuits.
    Stir Bisquick and water to soft dough.
    Beat 20 strokes.
    Smooth into a ball.
    Knead 5 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut with 2-inch cutter.
    Pour chicken mixture into oblong dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Put biscuits on cheese.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
