Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cut up
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. bacon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; cool.
    Cut up.
    Chop onion; add to potatoes. Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain; cool, crumble and add to potato mixture.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In saucepan, heat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Pour over potato mixer and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
