Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. or 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In medium saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to boiling.
Add broccoli and onion.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Do not drain.
Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pepper.
Cook and stir about 4 minutes or until heated through.
Add more milk if too thick for your liking.
