Chicken Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 broiler fryers, diced up
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
1 c. pitted olives
1 c. sour cream
3 (13 oz.) cans tamales
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cut tamales lengthwise; line pan.
Saute oil and onions.
Add chicken, chiles, tomato sauce, water, salt, oregano, corn, olives and sour cream.
Pour over tamales and top with cheese.
