Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 c. beer
Preparation
    Beat cheeses at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth; add garlic and next 3 ingredients. Beat well. Gradually add beer; beat until blended. Chill 1 hour. Serve with crusty bread or crackers. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
