Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cabbage, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion; combine vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
    In a tight lid fitted jar, mix vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
    Shake well and pour over vegetables, tossing until well coated.
    Refrigerate, covered, about 2 hours before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
