Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans green chilies
    1 medium jar red pimentos
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Longhorn cheese
    1 onion
Preparation
    In double boiler, combine Velveeta cheese, soup, chiles, pimentos and milk.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Grate Longhorn cheese.
    Chop onion.
    Wrap the ground beef, cheese and onion in flour tortillas and pour the cheese mixture over this in a casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
