Saucy Salisbury Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. thinly sliced carrot
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut green beans
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix beef, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape firmly into 4 oval patties.
    In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until done.
    Stir and serve.
    Quick, easy and very good.
