Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and continue beating until thick.
Add flour to egg mixture; fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch greased baking pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
