Stuffed Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    2/3 c. condensed milk
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup milk together.
    Press 1/2 mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Melt caramels; pour over cake.
    Cover with chocolate chips.
    Sprinkle remaining mixture over caramels.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Best when served warm.
