Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooking apples (5 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour (plain)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Butter the bottom of baking dish.
Layer the apples in dish and sprinkle remaining ingredients over apples.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then take cover off and bake 30 more minutes.
