Harvest Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Beat in sweet potatoes. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped topping.
