Pahari Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken (2 lb.)
    2 pt. curd or yogurt
    6 green chillies
    3 cardamoms
    1-inch piece of ginger
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped coriander
    salt
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Joint the chicken.
    Chop the ginger and 2 green chillies fine. Slit remaining chillies and fry in melted butter with cardamoms, ginger and garlic.
    Add chicken pieces and fry until evenly browned.
