Fresh Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Put pumpkin, eggs and milk in blender or food processor and puree.
In a large bowl, stir together sugar, salt and spices. Pour into pumpkin and butter and stir to mix.
Divide between pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
Serve with real whipped cream.
