Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peach or apricot preserves, orange marmalade or apple jelly
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cover 14-inch pizza pan with foil.
    Cut dough in 1/8 inch pieces and press in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, then place on serving platter when cool.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on crust.
    Top with fresh fruit (kiwi, banana, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, blueberries). Glaze with:
