Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a soft boil.
Set in cold water, add butter and vanilla.
Let it get a little hard.
Then mix with the mixer until it becomes stiff.
Add nuts and pour into a buttered platter.
