Banana, Blueberry, Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very ripe bananas
    1/3 c. walnuts
    2/3 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Using food processor:
    Mash bananas.
    Add eggs and blend.
    Add dry ingredients, blend.
    Add the walnuts and pulse once or twice. Add blueberries and fold in by hand.
    Do not process.
    Put in nonstick muffin tin, 1/2 full and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Muffins freeze well, too!
